
Here’s to progress - we’re making strides but we’re not there yet! Let’s keep pushing, keep talking and keep sharing. We couldn’t quite get why she had suddenly become so anxious and emotional…well now it all makes sense and I just wish all of this open conversation and education around the menopause was around then to help her through it….and enable me to help her through it too! I remember my mum going through it several years ago and really suffering in silence as it was just something you had to ‘deal with’ and ‘get through’. (The fact it’s considered a taboo when all women go through it is pretty mind blowing in itself really isn’t it…!) So proud to work for a company who are helping to open up the conversation and break the taboos around the topic. An incredible event showcasing six amazing ladies journey through the menopause. Last night I had the absolute privilege of attending the Boots UK No7 Beauty Company Menopause Monalogues. I’m the fond remembrance of the sunset’s yawn. Thru tears, hurt and pain, I am the smile I’m the glee and sparkle in the laugh of a child,
